I used these to make a blinder for a bright hanging lamp. It turned out really well! I ended up using the whole pack on ~20 inches.

Overall, the quality of these feathers are really good. I did have to return them, because the color was off. They are a few shades lighter grey, even in a bundle. Stand-alone, they’re very pale.I’ve attached a photo for a better color representation.

The feather looked beautiful. I had to return them because the color was to peachy for my use. I was hoping for a much lighter color so I am going order white feathers and dye them myself.

Despite the off brand, these were surprisingly good quality. I bought these specifically to use as collars on steelhead and salmon flies. The feathers are a bit sparse but the stems are quite thin making them easy to wrap making them ideal for my application. The color doesn't seem to bleed (so far). My only hesitation is, unlike some premium brands, the feather you get may not be consistent quality. Time will only tell but I'll keep ordering these for my Marabou needs.
