I have proshield spray, proshield cream (and sudocrem). for pressure sores is it best to cleanse with the spray, then apply the proshield cream?

Use the spray to clean the area and then apply a thin layer of proshield cream. When speaking to my health visitor I was told to apply first thing in the morning and that it was not necessary to re-apply throughout the day.

this spray should do the job if not sudocrem will do ok

How does this compare with Cavilon - does anyone know please? not sure which is more effective for incontinence/pressure sore management. Thank you
