Gorgeous butcher block. Best price we could find in exactly the size we needed. It's straight, not warped & arrived in about 4 days. It does have 3 minor blemishes (all pictured) that in our opinion make it more "real." Two corners on the same side have small pits in them that are barely noticeable & don't take away from the beauty. There is also a slight impression or dent on the side that's the top. This again is barely noticeable & even if you do see it my wife said she likes it as it adds character. No one that's not us will ever notice either imperfection. We kept the butcher block unattached on the island for a week every day flipping it giving it another coat of mineral oil to ensure the wood is long-term sealed. Not that it's done you can see in the pics how wonderful it looks. We even chose to leave to brand label on as it looks classy & matches our kitchen hardware.

Beautiful piece. My husband spent time to add legs and a protective coating it so we could use it as a dining room table and it turned out lovely. It's very heavy two maybe 3 people needed for carrying. We haven't seen any warping. There are a few spots that look like they had been filled in with wood filler or its glue possibly and some tiny dents but nothing worth complaining about (Ive attached in photos). The color is beautiful, we use orange glo to clean it which is super easy. Really love this butcher block!

Great butcher block, I used butcher blocker wax and oil both sides. Brought the color out. Weight is heavy. Cleanser well if treated.

More beautiful in person. Love it! Replaced my island countertop with this. I wiped it down with butcher block spray, and that really brought out the colors. It’s exactly what I was hoping for.

Very beautiful and quality product. The photo of the product matches the product received. I was concerned about some of the reviews of damaged and inferior product. I have no complaints. It was wrapped and packaged well. The only complaint I have is with the shipping route, could be due to inclement weather, but doesn't make since to ship the item from it's origin (VA), travel south and then ship to MD and through Nashville, when destination is East TN. Could have driven less than 6 hours from origin to destination.

The photographs don't do this piece justice. Beautifully crafted. Very sturdy, heavy, and the stsin work and smoothness of it are lovely. Very happy with this purchase.

I purchased this to fill in an odd-size space in our soapstone counter next to our oven which we had to move. I didn't want to seam the soapstone, so this seemed like a good alternative, and I wanted a cutting surface that can actually handle cutting. The walnut is really lovely - it compliments the black soapstone, and the joinery is meticulous. The finish is beautiful all-around. I also do not want the manufacturer's logo plate on the front of my countertop, but in our case, we have a little space in the back, under the backsplash, so we didn't have to remove it. I just installed the board with the plaque in back, facing the wall. I have to say, Consdan did a fantastic job with packaging this item for shipping with all the corners triple-protected and heavy duty cardboard. There's really no chance of the cutting board getting damaged in shipping. Everything about this product is quality. I do think the company should consider giving customers a choice about the plaque, though. It's one thing if you are using this as a free-standing cutting board. But if you're installing it into your counters, the plaque is not desirable, & it's difficult to remove without damaging the wood.
