Product is working as expected, after 2 months of use heating issue came but agaro after sales sarvice is very prompt. They attended and resolved the issue very quickly. Very good customer care support.

The device worked fine for a week or so but suddenly stopped working one day, raised a complaint with Agaro and they wanted me to submit a 30-second video of the issue with a product invoice, gave them all that they required and registered a complaint and no update since then, it's been 15days now there is no update from Agaro on call or no replies on mail.So, all in all, Agaro is not ready, to be honest, their low-quality product and poor service are very disappointing. This brand is not there yet, would never buy any Agaro product moving forward, I would rather spend more on German products which are superior and have much better service.Edit: They got me a replacement after 7 days and seems to be working fine. They need to keep their customers updated through
