A Miracle
This blend is a godsend. During a stressful time in my life I was having periodic blood pressure spikes and palpitations. A friend recommended this, and I've found it to be most effective in normalizing those symptoms. The only issue is that it can drop your blood pressure too much if combined with other medications. I found that it works best once you use it twice daily for a few days, then after that once a day or once every two days is fine.
