Incredible sound! This is a perfect gift/musical instrument you can buy. Very relaxing and deep even if you don't play any instrument.

I absolutely love these chimes. They make a beautiful sound, musical and relaxing.

The sound produced by these windchimes is beautiful and we were, at first, extremely happy with them. However, after only a short time outside the wood discoloured and moulded, and the metal rusted, leaving the chimes looking highly unattractive. Upon contacting Gaia, I was told that the chimes are not sold with adequate weather protection for outside use and that this should be applied by the customer prior to using them outside. Unfortunately, this information is not available at point of sale and was given to us too late. I therefore requested replacements which were not forthcoming, and my subsequent emails went unanswered. This is not an acceptable aftercare service. Were it not for such extremely poor customer service, and the absence of necessary protection against weather, the chimes would get 5 stars, but with this in mind I can only award one star.
