How long is the mains lead please

About a metre but don’t waste your money on it. Bought 2 in the space of a year, failed miserably.

I have a gravity fed system for cold and hot water. I need pump for hot water to increase pressure. Can I use a twin pump and only connect the hot?

You cannot use a twin pump to only pump the hot water, you would need to pump the hot and cold water with a twin pump.

My current pump is so loud even in the cupboard we cannot hear each other talk , is this pump quiet enough to talk next to?

We had the same problem until it stopped working after 18 months approx. I used spares from a previous pump to make one good pump as Salamander would not supply spares. I will not buy another Salamander pump, ever, as their customer service is shocking. I have already bought a Stuart Turner pump as a spare to fit next time.

We have a ct50xtra 1.5 bar fitted at the moment which failing . is the ct75more powerful and cen be fitted the the same shower please

Good morning, CT75 is a 2 bar pump but will fit in the same place, I checked with Salamander who have advised they would prefer to speak with customers as they may be able to help with the one already installed. If you would like to call on 0191 516 2002 they will be happy to help. Kind regards, Plumbworld
