Quality, comfortable mens bracelet. This fits perfectly and easily adjusted with the tools provided allowing to remove links if necessary to fit wrist. The clasp is good and sturdy so doesn't open at the slightest knock. The weight is good so know it's there but not too heavy.

Working well. Not a quick fix. I've worn one before and it took 2-3 months to get full benefit so I expect the same here.

Very easy to adjust to your wrist, it is a little wider than the others l have had but still very good value for money..

Buy only if you want a pice of fashion jewellery .Looks good on my wrist but I did not find any benefit.
