I've been using these for the last 6 weeks in the hope that they may help with hair loss and thinning.Whilst I have definitely noticed less shedding, my hair doesn't appear to have gotten any thicker. I have noticed some baby hairs appearing and hope that these are helping activate new growth.I have been taking Collagen supplements too, so difficult to tell if it's this, that, or the 2 together that are making the difference.I've purchased another pack to see if the growth continues.One pack lasts 6 weeks, they are tiny and easy to swallow. They do taste and smell a bit funky, but nothing extreme though, so I will carry on taking them.

I have been using this for almost a week now and can see the difference in my skin and my hair. The smell of the product is not my favourite but the taste is ok and it’s very easy to swallow because it’s so small. I take two daily with water. Will continue using because I’m excited for the results.

I love these. They are excellent quality. The best thing is that they are small, so easy and comfortable to swallow and they are tasteless. Unlike some other vitamins that make you want to heave!!They are great for space saving as it comes in a perfect handy pouch that re-seals for freshness, no bulky tubs that take up so much room. I love their whole range.Very fairly priced too.Highly recommend.

Tbf I never used tablets before. And since taking these I have noticed how thick my hair become and healthy and shiny. Good improvement in my nails as I always used to bite them. Yeah very happy with this product very good
