I love and crave bone broth but my husband isn’t a fan of smelling it simmer for three days, and so I started looking for an alternative. I tried Ancient Nutrition and loved it but found it to be rather costly, and so I tried this. I was worried that the flavor would be quite different but it is not. I have an electric kettle, and so I boil some water, add a scoop of bone broth protein with and a pinch of iodized sea salt, stir it well and it hits the spot perfectly. I drink it whenever I am cold, and at night before sleep. I have trouble sleeping because I don’t get enough protein in my diet and this helps. It also makes a great base for soups and other recipes as well that call for beef stock. Many people complain about the flavor, and it seems that most of these people are trying to add it to smoothies. That sounds pretty gross, unless you like a meaty flavor in your fruit/vegetable smoothie. I don’t recommend it for use in a smoothie or in coffee. Choose something with vanilla flavor or another flavor that compliments the other ingredients, because this DOES taste like bone broth. I would also imagine that it needs very hot water to dissolve properly. Even with hot water and a lot of stirring you will still get a few lumps but that is par for the course with powdered bone broth due to the consistency and nature of gelatin. I recommend this product for people who enjoy the flavor and benefits of real bone broth but are unable to make it from scratch. It is also a great base for soups and sauces.

My first order of Zammex was very palatable in my coffee and oatmeal. Had a bit of nutty flavor but I didn’t mind. This second container tastes much more bitter and I will not be ordering it again. More consistency is needed in making this product.

I’ve been using Zammex Beef Bone Broth for about a year now. It has helped save my life, I have serious health issues. The broth has rebuilt my facial tissue, there is a visible improvement. I am 65 and in spite of serious health problems, my skin is looking younger every day. It dissolves quickly, a sign of purity of product. I tried the Paleo Valley Brand because it was 50% off. The quality is subpar. It does not dissolve quickly and it tastes weird. Save your money and buy this one. GODs love to all.

I purchased this because the reviews said it tasted fine and some people drink it hot with a pinch of salt. I do not know how they do it. No amount of salt or seasoning helped me or my family stomach this. Hot or cold fruity or salty or alone. It’s “unflavored” but it tastes horrible and there’s no masking it.

I love the product is pure with no additives.I read reviews for this product as well as others and found that a lot of people commented on taste. I understand if they personally don't like it, but I don't think it's fair to base a review around their personal preference so I'll stick with facts.I was recommended this Bone Broth by a friend who had noticeable results in a few short weeks. 1.This product has the best all around value for the price, in my opinion (after trying several others on AMZ). 2.This bone-broth powder is much better than beef or bone broth inasmuch as it is both far more nutritious and it is completely satisfying as a meal replacement.but I usually use it for soup liquid with wontons, kale, noodles, mushrooms, etc. 3.It's also a great enrichment for stocks and gravies when cooking. Just blend it well and it melts right in, making a nice smooth sauce for cooking, or delicious added flavor and nutrients for an broth. 4.This is a quality bone broth powder and is low in sodium which Is really important to me. I am happy with the quality, taste, and delivery! Definitely will buy again!

Product has side effects. Make sure you Google this. As I didn't realize that bone broth could cause sleeplessness. That was the last thing on this planet I needed. As far as the product is concerned, it is good. Made well, dissolves well, you can even heat it up and drink it especially on these cold winter days. I just had a reaction to it. So it's important when you get a product like herbs or something like this that you Google the side effects prior to buying. Because some of them have side effects, some of them interact with other ones that deplete other herbs. So my advice on products like this is that you Google it prior to buying it to make sure it will fit for you The product is made very well. Because I used it I couldn't return it and I had to throw it away yet it was a really well made product.

I’ve been using this product for about a year and absolutely love it! It mixes very well, which is always a concern with protein powders. I use it for breakfast by making a “protein tea” with 3 Yogi immune system packets, two scoops of this bone broth powder, honey, and lemon. It's delicious and keeps me full until lunch. I’ve even used it as the broth for my ramen noodles 😜. I've noticed my nails are growing so fast. My knee pain is gone, and I'm a 15-year soccer athlete. I have lots of energy in the morning, and my immune system is thriving, which is essential because I work with 2-6-year-olds with Autism. I would easily choose this product over any protein powder. This product is excellent, and I will continue to buy it forever!
