These are great with no taste but too expensive here in Australia at $84.59 for 168 capsules 28day supply + delivery or pay nearly $10 per month for prime. I don’t know if it is Paleovalley or Amazon but the price has gone up & the contents reduced so not happy buying anymore.

I used to take this supplement daily for probably close to two years. I felt great after taking it, it improved my energy level and definitely helped my skin and hair. Later on I came across a few videos where I've learned that consuming too much iron supplements isn't the best option for the body. I guess I went along with this suggestion and I stopped taking this supplement. Well, let me tell you, I definitely felt a big difference not taking this supplement. My energy level dropped significantly and I wasn't feeling as well as when I was taking it. I started researching more about area of improving energy levels and it was recommended to start looking at consuming beef organs. Since I am not a huge fan of organ meats I remembered about this product. Paleovalley does great job putting clean good quality ingredients in their supplements and after taking it for a while I feel much better, I am not sluggish anymore, my energy level definitely had improved, also this supplement helps to easy the discomfort during menstrual cycle. If you are in search of a good quality organ meats give this supplement a try. It is pricey but it's worth every penny.

Wow, we really love this stuff. My husband and I both take it because we heard organ meat is really good for you. Plus, I'm breastfeeding and my baby needs the iron so I figured this is a great way to get it, plus all the other nutrients from organ meat (which is great for babies, esp 6 months+). It says you can take it with just water, but I always eat at least a little something before and it always digests great. Never gotten indigestion or nausea or anything. It seems to be great quality and clean. Both of us feel more energized. Not drastically, but just good. The capsules are decently large but easy to swallow, I have taken 6 at once. I was taking 6 but decided to drop down to 4/day because I just intuitively felt it was too much as a woman who regularly eats animal protein. I'm about 5'8", 155lbs. My husband is about 200lbs and sticks with 6/day. These are not cheap but you get what you pay for, so we feel these are a good value and will keep buying them. Recommend!

I originally got this for myself, but the capsules were too big to swallow. My cat benefits. I open a capsule and mix it in with his wet food. I feel good that he’s getting quality, human grade nutrition.

I have never written a review in my life, despite relying on them heavily when making purchases. But these changed my quality of life and I felt the need to share so maybe they can help someone else also. Since giving birth to my son (who is now going to be 4 soon) I had been struggling with postpartum hormonal imbalance symptoms in a very very intense way that just seemed to gradually keep getting worse no matter what I tried, took or what type of doctor/specialist I consulted. It was completely ruining the quality of my life as I had alllllll the symptoms of menopause yet I was only 35-now 38 so that shouldn’t have been happening. And I had these symptoms on the absolutely most intense end of the scale. I was miserable physically and mentally.
