Great For Heart Health
Since I have gotten older, I really needed to start watching my heart health and my cholesterol. I decided to try these fish oil vitamins to see how they help.First, these fish oil supplements seem very well made and the ingredients look great. They are easy to swallow and don't seem to have much of a fishy taste which is great. I also like how much information the bottle provides from being manufactured and made in the USA to even having a lot number and a website. This makes me trust these vitamins a lot and this company.

Too big, and three pills per dose
These tablets are considerably larger than the omega-3 fish oil capsules I have bought in the past, with a fairly thick coating. They contain a generous dose of omega-3, -6, and -9 fatty acids if you take the full three-tablet recommended dose. Unfortunately, this means every day I have to face down three of these large pills. They usually go down OK, but by the time they are down I’m sick of them and full of water. Each day I dread them more, so I cannot recommend these tablets with any enthusiasm.I know it’s pointless to argue that a product should be something other than it is, but I’m having a hard time understanding why Omega 3-6-9 tablets are even a thing. We all need fatty acids in our diet, especially omega-3s, so that’s why I decided to try these. But omega-6s are plentiful in most omnivore diets, so the need for omega-6 supplementation is unlikely if you eat meat, and too many omega-6s aren’t good for you. Vegetarians/vegans won’t take these tablets because of the fish oil, so it’s not clear whom the omega-6s are meant to help. Fortunately, the level of omega-6s in these tablets are low in proportion to the omega-3s, so at least they aren’t likely to harm. And omega-9s can be made by the body, so most people don’t need those, either (but supplementation is arguably more useful than omega-6s, because an excess of omega-9s is seldom a problem). Considering how tough it is to swallow three huge pills, I would have appreciated them dropping the omega-6s entirely, or selling the 3s, 6s, and 9s each as a separate product so you only get the ones you actually need. And the price of the 3-6-9 supplement makes these an expensive way to get omega-3s if, like me, that’s all you need. So even if I didn’t hate facing these down every day, I wouldn’t be buying these again.

Large triple omega fish oil soft gels.
I ordered the fish oil soft gels because my cholesterol level is mediocre, and I want to improve my cholesterol levels. I have never taken fish oils, so I had to look up the appropriate dosage for fish oils. I specifically wanted omega-3 supplements. Omega 6 and 9 are additional omega supplements, so the triple fish oil seemed appropriate. Upon opening the box, I noticed that the pills were very large. I was surprised that the bottle had no bad odor, which is a good thing. I read other reviews about not taking three soft gels as recommended, so I started taking one capsule per day. These fish oils are supplements, and I want to consult with my physician prior to taking a full recommended dose. I did not experience any side effects or any noticeable positive effects. I plan to continue taking these soft gels and trust the process of lowering cholesterol. The triple omega 3-6-9 fish oil soft gels are a fair value, and the item description was accurate.

A serving size is 3 capsules
These capsules have a lot of great qualities. They are manufactured and packaged in the USA. The have 1200 mg each of Omega-3 fish oil, flaxseed oil and Borage oil. The Omega 3-6-9 is great for heart health. The flaxseed oil is rich with antioxidants and the Borage oil is great for inflammation issues. My husband has rheumatoid arthritis, so I am hopeful that these supplements will help him with his pain. The only thing I do not like about these soft gels is that a serving size is 3 capsules. My doctor wants me to take 4000 mg of fish oil per day to help lower my triglycerides. Since the 1200 mg is split between 3 capsules, I would have to take 10 of these in one day. I currently take 2 -1000mg capsules twice a day, for a total of 4. I do not want to have to take 6 more. These would be best for people who do not have to take a larger dose, like I do.They are sealed very well in attractive packaging that states all of the information you would need to know about these supplements. They certainly seem to put care into their product.

Triple Omega Fish Oil Capsules
These capsules are huge, and the suggested dose is three capsules per serving so if you have any problems taking large pills these might not be for you. Fortunately, they have an enteric coating which reduces the issue of post consumption fishy burping. There’s no mention of whether the oils are cold pressed, and I don’t see the addition of an antioxidant such as Vitamin E to keep the oils fresh. I also couldn’t find information on whether these are 3rd party tested. Another thing to consider is that more isn’t always better. Experts suggest that ingesting too much fish oil can increase the risk of bleeding. At the recommended dose of this product some folks might be getting into that danger zone. For this reason, I’m choosing to only take two per serving which means the bottle should last a little longer. The value seems about average when compared to other supplements of its kind. So far, ingesting these capsules hasn’t upset my stomach, I haven’t had any fishy burps or any other negative effects.

Overall a solid deal
These seem to be loaded with an excellent amount of dietary support. If possible, maybe a bit much. I mean, I followed the other reviewers and stuck with 2 capsules instead of the recommended 3. I don't want to cause any issues in my body while trying to alleviate issues in my body, after all. Anywho, thus far I've not noticed any negative issues. I replaced another omega-3 supplement with this so I haven't noticed a real change as of yet, but maybe that's a good thing. Price-wise, this seems similar to other products so I'd say it's plenty fair. So far, so good!
