Ok, how many times have you wanted to add a device to a USB port and only had one. Well now you can have up to four with this little device. With this you can have network connection using a USB to network connector along with USB drives up to three concurrently. I have an older laptop with three USB ports. One tied up with a backup thumb drive an another with blue tooth stub for my mouse. With this configuration I could not connect a hard wire to my router as well as have access to other thumb drives used for storage of my pictures from various sources at the same time. This little device solved all of my problems with a nice price point to boot. So far I have had thumb drive and network going at the same time with no problems. Given how all of the connections support the USB type connections this will be used for a while even if new computer is some where in my future. Gave it a four due not knowing of how long it is going to work. Will consider updating in the future after I have had a chance to use it a little longer.

This USB hub works as advertised. You will expand your USB connectivity and your circle of admirers when you hook this hub up to your Windows 10 computer and start plugging in Webcams, USB drives, and whatever else USB things you can get.I had to rate the Camera Quality as a 1 since it can't take pictures. I would have thought Amazon would have known that, but I know that Amazon has a lot on its mind these days, with the divorce and Lauren Sanchez and helicopters, and maybe Amazon got it confused with a Canon 60D digital camera which can also connect via USB cable.

Not sure what to say other than this works like a champ and that the bandwidth is as advertised. These guys are doing the thing they are supposed to do. Well done!

Makes it easy to charge and add pieces to the desktop

Using both the USB 2 and USB-C version of this adapter to connect MacBook Pro, nanoKontrol, Yamaha P515 and Nektar T6 w/out any issues. These are rock solid!

This product works extremely well. The four ports are easy to access yet the unit is small enough with enough cord that it can be tucked out of the way. It is very well made. I've had it for a few months and have experienced no problems with it.

I was very happy with this product until today. One of the components of one of the 4 USB ports broke off and came out of the port still attached to the cord.I am a teacher working remotely so I now need to buy another USB port in order to have everything working on my laptop at once.

Buena estética, buen funcionamiento

I purchased this items in June and up to now it's working perfectly. In my own experience, StarTech makes good products.

D'abord, la photo ne montre que trois connecteurs femelle, mais il y en a bien un quatrième, caché sur l'autre côté.Maintenant, on veut vous vendre un hub 4 ports, mais comme on utilise un port de son ordinateur pour connecter le hub via la prise mâle, on a 4 prises en plus MAIS une en moins, et donc, un hub 4 ports n'apporte que trois prises supplémentaires...Je sais que tous les fabricants (et distributeurs) font pareil, mais ça m'énerve qu'on veuille me faire croire à 4 prises supplémentaires, donc une étoile en moins.Pour le reste, tout va bien, testé ce mini hub sur plusieurs PC de bureau et un PC portable (pas de Mac chez moi, désolé), sur des vraies prises USB 3.0, avec principalement des disques durs portables USB 3.0 et 2.0.Ce hub fait bien le boulot, c'est bien de l'USB 3.0 sur chaque connecteur, les taux de transferts vers/depuis les disques durs USB 3.0 sont excellents.Le câble permettant de connecter ce hub à votre PC/Mac peut sembler court et il l'est, mais je trouve ça en fait très pratique, personnellement. Question de goût, mais on se trouve facilement encombré par des câbles trop longs.Conclusion, pratique, efficace, peut-être un peu cher semble-t-il, mais je ne vois pas comment ce genre d'outil peut tomber en panne, et l'USB 3.0 a encore de beaux jours devant lui je pense...
