I did have a box. I do not have a box. I do not have a regret. Many palmiers are “delicately” sweet. These are unabashedly sugar forward. This is of course amazing and lovely and exactly what i hoped n hoped for when i saw caramel flavor on the palmiers box. Not dry or puffy or more crust-flavored than sweet. Not dusty-crumbly. Sweeet and crisp with it and rich, and also thin and not shedding all over like some. Also nice there are two minipackets within the box in case one wants an unopened one to travel or share, or maybe-possibly-strangely decide not to eat em alll at once.

Addictive!
These are thinner than I thought but it didn’t matter when I tried one. Delicious!! Buttery, and a hint of carmel. I was surprised to read the box after I’d finished it, that it said carmel. Either way, love them!!

Wonderful cookie!!
We had something like this cookie at Trader Joe’s so thought this cookie might be close. It is spot on the same with this wonderful caramel flavor and flaky crunchiness, you just have to try it. You will thank me……you’re welcome 😃
