Brilliant book for liver diseases
I found this really useful not only does it explain each liver condition but it has recipes and advice on what to eat and avoid. Very imformative and smoothies are delicious.

Poorly written recipes.
One thing to remember is the recipes use imperial measurements, in cups and ounces etc. Also thereโs no pictures of the recipes and no servings amounts on the recipes either. Some of the recipes seem to make a lot more than just for 2-4 people, so you have to try and scale back yourself. The recipes are quite poorly written as well, spelling mistakes and items that are in the ingredients are then not in the cooking guide for when to use them. Now, if you can get past some of these mistakes and figure out the recipes yourself, as clearly this is not written by a chef, then there are some quite tasty recipes that you can introduce into your diet.Iโve been able to pick bits and pieces from this book and start to introduce it into my diet, and start to try and figure out the start of my journey.

Not quite what I expected
It's an easy to understand book, but not as specifically tailored as I need. I think the format could have been presented in a better way. All the basic info.

Another self-published mistake which only the author can think good. Full of errors
Another self-published mistake which only the author can think good. Full of errors, apart from the bad spelling and so on, like listing sweeteners in the ingredients of a recipe and then writing add sugar. A bad effort with internet research, no experience, nothing that anyone with the disease has not already done themselves. No references, not backed by medical doctor. A nutritionist is someone who likes cooking and experimenting at home, not quite the same as a qualified dietician who is qualified and knows all about the food composition, effects and so on. So, save yourself money on an overpriced rubbish and look up diets for diabetics. Does the same job, but only much more reliably.

No to fatty liver!
I never thought something like fatty liver actually exists but now that I do, I have taken extreme measures to make sure that I don't have to go through it. This book is more than just recipes, it also has some tips on how to prevent or combat complications due to fatty liver. I also think these recipes are amazing while being healthy at the same time. A lot of people, particularly those with liver woes, can definitely benefit from this book.

This Book
I bought it hoping that an Indian author would help with Indian recipes for Fatty Liver Disease but its just a collection of American book parts just to earn money. We dont get most ingredients in India.

Information Overload
It's not the typical diet and cookbook I normally encounter. It gave a thorough background on why our liver is important, and the common causes of fatty liver. It's not a simple statement of the causes as well but an explanation on how it came about. There is a list of allowed foods, bevy, oils, etc. and tips on how to improve your health. The cherry on top for this book is the excellent cookbook it has. Scrumptious recipes that you won't even notice you are dieting. Worth it! I recommend :)

Excellent info just lots of spelling errors.
Lots of great recipes that I am eager to try. I formation is good and on par with medical advice. Only issue and reason for 4 stars and not 5 is the spelling mistakes throughout the book. As an avid reader it can take away from the message.
