So far so good
Received well packed and nicely taped and secured inside. Installation was easy, and I use manual water top up - 3 jugs and works well. Bought standard waste pipe for washing machine (Wickes, £5.99), to extend the dishwasher one as it was a bit short to reach my sink. To be clear original one is quite long but place where I could put dishwasher was a bit too far from my sink. Anyway easy to extend as I just plugged very tightly in extending waste pipe. It can fit quite a lot in one washing. My plates are 10" and they fit perfectly - there is still some space above as dishwasher is fairly high. I do roughly one washing a day, and use Quick cycle - 29 minutes. It really clean dishes and cutlery very well. There is an automatic 60 min drying cycle which kicks in after completed washing. It goes very quiet at this stage. I could stop drying an do it manually to save energy. It works OK both ways. It is easy to maintain and I do 2 min inside cleaning after washing, especially heating plate below the filter that collects limestone from hard water which is characteristic of my geographical area. For me it is not noisy as some people claim. Could not see much difference in noise level between this one and a normal dishwasher. Yes, as it is smaller it should be maybe quieter than big one, but it stands on the worktop and is not sound proof as the built in one. Anyway I am not standing next to my new dishwasher to measure sound output, I would rather move to the living room and listen to music while washing in progress. The instruction manual is a bit spartan but sufficiently clear and informative to get you started. And one more thing - no more dirty dishes in my sink, just fill them into dishwasher and close the door. Voila, my kitchen tidy again. As for longevity will see how it goes, but so far so good. Great little workhorse, would highly recommend.

Dishwasher
This is ideal for me living alone and disabled as I struggled to stand and wash dishes. It is surprisingly bigger than I thought which is good as it takes 4 place settings of each item. And cutely. It's so easy to set up and use Filling the tank with a jug supplied. With water. And put on work top near the si nk the waste water runs into sink.it is at eye level so I don't have to try bend down to liad it. Put the wash tablet in the front door compartment. Switch on and washes everything spotless clean It even dries them. So on my way out to work I out it on to dry. When I return I simply have to pack them away washed and dried. And put another load in or pans that I soak a bit first if stubborn stains or sticking occurs.before putting through dishwasher. It can also wash fruit for children. Ideal size price and easy to use install and for anyone who struggles standing for long periods. Or live alone or a couple.

Honest Review - Good Product
Had no cabinet space for a full size dishwasher, I saw this and there are a few different manufacturers doing the same thing but this one had the best product information available, and the reviews were good. And as it is only myself & my partner living at home, we felt it would be big enough. I can say for sure this machine is good enough, felt good to unbox and setup. All clean & modern, I just put the drain straight into the sink and fill it using the jug/funnel provided, very easy to use if you have basic common sense. If not, question yourself not the product. Cleans very well. The only thing I would say is the drying function takes a bit too long. For example I could select "Quick wash" and it would wash in 20 minutes, but the dry time is still 60 minutes. I understand the drying period will be the same for all selections however I opened my machine after 30 minutes and it was dry enough for my liking. I would suggest adding selections for drying times. In terms of capacity, I tend to plan the load before I start cooking, so I know everything I use to cook/eat will fit in the machine when I am done. If you work smart, you can fit everything in a single wash quite easily. Worst case, I would put everything I used during cooking into the machine and turn on, and then when I am finished eating I would do another load. If you have a family of 4 or more, this product may not be suitable as it will require more daily loads. Large pans will not fit, but I prefer to handwash these anyway. If you don't want to waste water, you can always load your pots into the sink and direct the hot drain water from the machine directly into your pans to get the bulk of the dirt off. And then clean rinse after. Hope this helps other buyers to decide - I am definitely happy with my purchase.

A great compromise for small kitchens
Very happy with this small dishwasher, it's been a huge timesaver and works well in a small kitchen for a couple of people. I particularly liked that it could be plumbed in, though the drain hose was a bit awkward to install. It has clogged and failed to drain a couple of times, but cleaning out the drain hose and filter, and leaving it for a while seems to have sorted whatever it was. It is small, and you'll have trouble with large plates. We were replacing ours anyway and found the IKEA Gladelig 25cm plates fit pretty well. Lastly, the only shame is that it doesn't have salt or rinse aid dispensers, or even a first rinse cycle before the main wash (there's no lid on the detergent dispenser) like full sized dishwashers. It was a great replacement for an old Bosch dishwasher, as the newer mini dishwashers are larger than they used to be. Highly recommended if you're limited by space.

Excellent quality and quick
Brilliant easy to use dishwasher well worth the money and isn’t that big as it would look odd. It blends in with the rest of the kitchen. First time having a dishwasher and now I couldn’t do without one. It’s quick and not to noisy.

If you hate manually washing dishes..
This is the best thing I have ever bought! I live in a small apartment with limited plumbing and space, I also have 2 kids. This is not only a great size to fit our dishes for the day, but it’s also so easy to use! My current situation means I am using it purely plugged into the wall and waste going into a basin. I contemplated getting one of these compact dishwashers for a very long time and wished I had took the leap sooner! It also looks good for any modern kitchen. Seriously if you’re thinking about it, just go for it!

Hermitulux Dishwasher
I bought this dishwasher on the write ups as it seemed no one had a bad word to say about it however it’s proved to be a nightmare for me. When it arrived l found it to heavy but managed to get on the counter ready and eager to use. I followed the sparse instructions but having had a normal full-size dishwasher before knew how one worked the only difference was l had bought this one because it didn’t need plumbing in and l knew before hand l wouldn’t be able to connect this to my taps so that’s were being able to hand fill it with the jug at the top was the right thing for me. When l was getting it out of the box l noticed that the plastic covering was wet but went on to fill the dishwasher by the jug until it pinged so okay l set the program and nothing happened l tried three times and the machine refused to work which left me with it full of water which l had to empty which was very difficult.l immediately went into my account to return it and this is we’re the nightmare began Amazon but the return through via Evri l have a lady courier and she refused to take it because of the weight (understandable) l then tried to contact customer services which now seems to be a robot only which repeatedly told me they didn’t recognise the item and rang off. I finally got through to the chat line which informed only carrier was Evri and no matter what was said l couldn’t get this dishwasher returned so l am left with a £240 dishwasher that l cannot return that doesn’t work so my days with Amazon are over so please be careful when purchasing expensive items from Amazon as l know l’m not the only one that as experienced this disgusting experience. This is an update on my return l finally had to pay Evri directly to get this dishwasher returned it wasn’t collected on time but they did finally collect it three days later than the date booked . I wasn’t overly optimistic that l would receive my refund but happy to so l did ten days later but l am still the cost of the return out of pocket. Amazon seem to have gone down the same route of Evri when it comes to be able to speak to an actual person in customer services so for me l doubt wether l will continue to order from them in the future, just have a few more items to be delivered and l think l will be cancelling my membership especially now Sky as taken over the sports channels as l find myself less and less tuning in.

Kitchen staple in small-ish form
Just FYI, all "mini" dishwashers realistically have the same inside. The only difference is the "box", so you can be guided by the interface and price more. Our landlord has not allowed us a fullsize dishwasher, so we settled on this one. We are a 2 person household, who eat all meals at home or WFH so we have tupperware as well as plates, highball glasses and bowls. Overall, we have had a 5/5 experience with this dishwasher. It fits all type of ikea plates, as well as larger more heavy plates, though you have to angle them properly or else it won't close. our highball glasses and bugs fit under the upper try so we manage to put small things there. Dealing with bowls and tupperware is annying as you have to put them flat since the water goes primarily from the bottom, but the ikea plastic ones are OK. We run it at lunch and dinner and it deals with all dishes but pans and trays. the cutlery tray is annoyingly positioned and annoying to use, but it's tolerable. Be aware the hose is very very short.

A very useful purchase for compact apartments
A great option for two people. It fits quite a lot of dishes, and even a frying pan (if the handle is detachable). It doesn't make much noise. After a couple of years, the control unit broke, but it was fixed for a couple of dozen euros at a local workshop. It's still working perfectly after four years. Choose dishwasher tablets that contain salt.

Ottimo prodotto...
Ottima alleata in cucina.
