I bought these fat grips primarily for my farmer’s carry handles rather than for barbells. I spent quite a bit of time comparing different options, and one of the main reasons I chose these was their shorter length. Most of the alternatives I found were longer, and since I had measured the usable space on my handles, I knew I needed something more compact. I wasn’t sure if these would fit exactly the way I wanted, but they turned out to be a perfect match. They slide onto my handles perfectly, fit my dumbbells well, and are easy to put on and remove. The thickness feels just right, and they have held up great so far. There were other options with more reviews, but the dimensions of these fit my needs better, so I decided to give them a try. I’m glad I did. For farmer’s carries, they work exactly as I hoped and feel like they were made specifically for my setup. The price was very reasonable, the fit is perfect, and I couldn’t be happier with the purchase. I would definitely buy them again.

I think these are a good product if you are focused on increasing forearm strength, comfort and are seeking a pump. About myself: 6' 4" dude with large hands. I say this because I think the average dumbbell diameter is too small for my hand and this product allows me 2 things: a more comfortable yet challenging grip for dumbbells. I've had wrist issues from years of rowing, and this product has increased my wrist stability from increased forearm strength while also getting a great pump. I'm starting to notice that I my wrist strength is becoming less of a limiting factor on other lifts. My only draw back (that I don't think is unique to this product) is the placement of your hand relative to the gap when the product is wrapped around the dumbbell. This takes a little getting used to but I tend to put the gap between int he fleshy part of my hand between my index finger and thumb and that works for me.

I gave it 5 stars because they are sturdy. However, they are bulky and hard for smaller hands to grip.

These grips look beautiful and fit my weight bars perfectly. Performed as advertised in terms of serving as a grip. However, they are not for me. I have pain in one palm, on the muscle near the thumb, from a baseball injury. I was looking for grips with more “give” and “Cush” to them. Unfortunately, these do not fit my need because they are made of a hard material with very little Cush or give. However, they most likely work for someone without a palm injury like mine. This is why I give it a 3-star rating.

These are sweet. I most definitely feel how they promote grip strength/adaption. I don't recommend at heavy weights. Besides that, they're awesome.

Just what I was searching for

If you are unquestionable, not sure if it is good. Its a gimic. Whatever you excuse may be. I am an average sized guy. 6'1" 200 lbs. +-. My hands are like others my size. You know who you are. The bar bell feels a little to thin for your hand. The way the bar sits on the hand when you grab it. Adjust here, twist a little there. Now thats ok lift as you justify to yourself that it was good. The grips are AMAZING ! I can not believe it to me so libf to buy them. Think of the last week. Did you spend $10 on things with little or bo return in past week. Provably more if you are honest with yourself. Invest in these & witness your ROI (return on investment) grow every week.
