The instructions say to use a reinforcement gel. It didnt come with that.

There should be like a primer clear, then black, there should also be a gloss finish coat and a matte finish coat. Put black on do UV light. Leave it sticky and buff in the powder. Brush off loose powder and finish with gloss or matte clear.
