Do these pieces fit the Leatherman Skeletool?

What I do now no it can not because of the kind of tool can use a few changeable tools. The Leatherman surge can use them and more.

is it both the saw and file or just one ? and are they both black?

Yes it ships with both a saw and a file. No they are not black.
