Why do you estimate the btu with such a big gap? for example for 1600x590mm you say btu 6985-8920. everywhere else i look they give an exact number.

its a range which varies with the overall water temp setting by the end user generated by the boiler rad temp stat - the calculations for this would be PHD level maths if you tried to plot it! gain loss efficiency etc etc if you worked it out NASA will probably ask you to go up into space LOL!

What's the finish? Matt black or gloss?

Its matt but the heat resisting black enamel paint on rads has a very very slight sheen but this enhances rather than detracts in my humble opinion
