I have been buying this from Germany for years. But because of the bloody lockdown I had to order it online.I am very sensitive to many foods. My body reacts bad to Fat, Sulphur like in cabbage and cauliflower and Sweets because of it's refined white sugar which is so bad for you.I just put 1 full teaspoon( it looks like and taste like fine sand ) in my red herbal tea and all discomfort disappears almost immediately. You can disolve it in water of course but I don't like the taste.It works well in all sorts of tea, Not warm though, it has to be cold.

I wa so glad to find Heilerde.I know Heilerde since I was a little girl born in Germany and now I am 79. I bought it to bring down my Colesterol. After finishing with Heilerde I will go for a Test again. I will let you know the result.

I bought it because I changed my diet and started to live healthy! Worth every penny!
