OMG-Vital Whey for your vital
OM-goodness,I have tried the natural vanilla flavor and thought it was good but I must say that the chocolate flavor is really good. This whey protein is packed with organic healthful whey and nutrition which I love but the down side to it is that it does not mix smoothly due to the mix being pure w/o cellulose powder for easy mixing. Be sure to use cool to cold liquids for better mix. Using the mixing bottle with the wisk ball is a real plus for smooth shake. I am too lazy to use a mixer for just one serving each day so I use the Blender Bottle with the round wisk included inside. Its so good for you so get a good mixing gadget and drink these whey. I don't think its too expensive considering its the finest full range biologically active non-denatured whey protein from grass fed year round/hormone treatments free cows. Remember that this whey has immune-modulating and regenerative components naturally occuring in fresh raw milk but we won't have to worry about contracting TB as one may from drinking raw milk. I am diabetic so I can't drink raw milk and take chances with my immune. The ingredients in the Vital Whey: Proserum native whey protein concentrate, natural chocolate, gum acacia, stevia. Allergen statement: contains milk, No wheat, gluten or preservative. Here's to your health people!

Barely sweet. Mixes well
We use this protein powder almost daily for breakfast, and appreciate the clean nature of the product. Has just a hint of stevia for a touch of sweetness, important because the male side of this account seems very sensitive to the taste (which he hates) of artificial sweeteners--even the natural stevia. We mix with organic coconut milk, or water, then either add in ice for a shake or pour into a large cup of hot coffee for a kind of latte. This is bland compared to most protein powders, which we prefer. Not cheap, but you are getting a superior food product.

Tops: Grassfed, Least Processed, Healthy Cacao Flavored & Stevia Sweetened
I researched all Chocolate Whey Powders & chose this for:1) Grassfed2) Least denatured & toxically processed3) Sweetened only w/ healthy Stevia (not bitter unless you use too much)4) flavored w/ healthy Cacao (not Dutch-processed Cocoa).Don't expect richly thick like milk. Thin whey doesn't mix with a spoon in a glass (cold fluids best), & it foams when mixed in a blender or shaker bottle. I blend it into a small amount of water for least foam & then add coconut milk for satisfying thicker taste/filling/& coconut health benefits (more re good saturated fats v. un-heart-healthy oils @ westonaprice.org "The Oiling of America."

Terrible flavor.
The cocoa flavor in this whey was terrible. I tried it in regular milk, plain almond milk, and chocolate soy milk. Nothing hid the yuck factor on this one. I have whey protein that is great to mix with plain water, this is nowhere near that level. I would recommend sticking with the plain, unflavored version, which goes well in fruit smoothies or with chocolate soy milk.I bought the cocoa and vanilla at the same time but refused to even open the vanilla, it was returned immediately. I have the cocoa one away so I didn't have to throw it away.

Best quality whey!
I love the smoothness of this product...zero chalk here. I've done huge research on whey proteins, and this is my favorite. The unflavored version is also the only undenatured organic whey protein that I can find available without any added sweeteners. The stevia in the flavored varieties is one of the two that I'll eat. The flavors added to the chocolate and vanilla are great, not too strong, not to weak.

It rinses easily off my Nutribullet blades and cups
Dissolves completely into a smooth milky consistency and has a pleasant cocoa flavor (not syrupy chocolate milk). I found it was very gentle on my stomach, it didn't make me gassy or bloated. It doesn't make me feel full, it's definitely a supplement and not a meal replacement. It rinses easily off my Nutribullet blades and cups, unlike Garden of Life protein which I have to scrub off with a tooth brush.

Great Brand, but Flavor too sweet for me. UnFlavored Loyalist from now on.
While I LOVE the Vital Whey Natural - Unflavored - 100% Pure Whey Protein by Well Wisdom, this Cocoa Flavor did not pass my test.Disclaimer, I do not use ANY sweeteners in my smoothies, therefore I found this product to be too sweet. If you are like me, do not get this product. The reasons I considered trying this product are as follow:(1) I believe this is high quality whey protein,(2) I LOVE the natural unflavored whey protein (have been using them for over a year exclusively) and(3) The Natural Unflavored was on backorder for almost 3 weeks and I had ran out.I changed nothing in my recipe which is 1 scoop of whey protein, 1 cup of coconut milk and 1/4 cup homemade almond milk, 1 cup of fresh spinach, 1 cup of frozen blueberries, strawberries, cherries and pomegranate, and 1TBS of Navitas 100% Cacao Powder. Blended in my Vitamix. I was concerned that it may be too chocolatey, but this was never a concern as I couldn't get over the sweetness. I knew it would be sweeter, but I couldn't bare it. I guess after cleansing my pallet and sticking to fruit as my sweetener, I have become very sensitive to the alternatives. I am a true chocolate person who can enjoys 85% dark chocolate. If I want "sweet chocolate" I go to 72%. Just to give the person reading a little history of my taste buds.If you typically add Stevia or any other sweetener, you may like this, but if your watching your sweetness intake, stick to unflavored where you have 100% control of flavor.Shipping was fast and Amazon was amazing at handling my dissatisfaction as usual, great customer service.
