This product is good, although a bit of a struggle if you make the dough a bigger circle than the cutter. The size is a little small, but it is easy to use. It’s a little hard to wash because you have to get in all the little creases. It cuts really smooth and overall a good product. I guess only the size is an issue, depending on what you’re making. We make scones with this so it is small.

Not the best quality. One of the slots was already broken off the ring at time of package being opened. I only use this now to mark my lines and using a knife to cut the pieces.

So sturdy!!! We made a dozen cheesecakes for a family wedding, so they were in the fridge for a day before cutting.... hence our unique CPR-esque method to get through the super dense, cold, heart-aytack-inducing cheesecakes. It slid right through pumpkin & new York no problem... additives like chocolate and peanut butter just make some cakes more dense.. The blades didn't wobble or torque; after washing the product looks like it did brand new. Even slices, will use again in future, recommend this product.Tips: flip your operation upside down by pushing a super dense cheesecake onto the blades. Consider sharpening the blades before use... they're like a butter knife, so a little filing won't hurt. Consider a HOT water bath for the cutter before attacking a dense cheesecake. Absolutely clean it between each cheesecake like you would a knife between slices to keep cuts clean.
