Am pleased with this book. Easy to use being ring bound it opens flat, divided into three main sections, Every day, Eat & Freeze, and Eat Out, In for something a little more special. Most of the ingredients are easilu obtainable, and most recipes use small number of ingredients and not too long to cook or prepare. Most give amounts for one or two persons but quite a number are for four but with instructons for freezing and later using remaining portions, useful if one is expecting visitors and can get the cooking done in advance, There is plenty I am hoping to try including some lovely puds and cakes.

Ok cook book but like most some recipes are designed to cook more and freeze .

I have just received this book and am really looking forward to making the dishes/cakes/desserts. They all look lovely, very appetizing and straightforward with easy-to-obtain ingredients. They will be recipes that will be on repeat.

Well this was a mistake buy, I for some reason thought it was an Air fryer book…….Duh. None the less it is very nice 👍 would of returned it but it came in shrink wrap.

Alot of the recipes actually make 4 or 8 portions ,so not technically cooking for 1 or 2 .I bought this after my 3 lovely sons all bought there own homes and I kept making enough to feed the 5 thousand .10 years on and still doing the same because I couldn't manage to cook the right portions for 2 .the recipes are good but I don't really want a freezer full of extra portions .I like everything from scratch .so in short ,still having to try to work out how much of everything to just feed 2 .aaaaaaaaarrrrrrrrrrrhhhhhhhh.

So easy to use and the recipient are fun. Recently became a widow and this lovely book has been so helpful. Hiğly recommend it.

Liked most of the recipes a good selection of meals. Easily adapted menus. Easy to follow recipes.

Great cookbook for one person, brilliant choices and very easy to follow, with pics. Highly recommend.

Not the usual great Mary Berry recipes.
