SNGL H3 Super Bright CREE LED DRL Fog Light bulbs - Plug-and-Play - 6000K Cool White (Pack of 2)

I purchased these to replace H3 halogen bulbs in old off road lights (100 watt Harbor Freight from 1997). They fit right in, and other than having to use a pliers to reduce the gap in the connector (the spade on the new bulb is much thinner than the old bulb) then installed easily. The amound of light seems to be comparable, but only by accident. I think these are 55 watt but I could not find any kind of real comparison between brightness of H3 100 watt and these bulbs. Overall I am happy with the purchase, and for my purpose they work perfectly

I'm using this as a running headlight on a scooter sidecar. The previous light was a short H3 50W halogen, this is just as bright, and cooler temp-wise but runs only 4W as opposed to 50W! The old H3 halogen ran hot, and was warmer light. This LED light is about 6500k so now I need to replace my scooter headlight so the colors are the same cool 6500k color.

So-so brightness. Not as bright as Hella H3 incandescent bulb.

Light is everywhere (scattered and unfocused), great for use as a floodlight, but never think this could replace your H3's you use on driving lights, it is too weak for use in that kind of set-up. This is not a great replacement for an h3 halogen bulb that places out a good 55 watt bulb....

Put this light on my atv and wow!.... What a difference. I did a voltage reading before my light was on and after and is only drawing .3 amps where the halogens were double that with half the brightness. Recommend this light to anyone out on the trails. I can now see a mosquito 40 ft in front of me at night.
