Quick and easy with a lovely flavour
I use this for making shepherd's pies, gravy, or indeed anything relating to lamb. It's very convenient as it keeps forever in the fridge and you can scoop out as much or as little as you need. I find it has a nice flavour and while it's quite expensive I think it's worth it.
