The media could not be loaded. Received today in perfect new condition and I used it right after washing and drying it. I put freshly boiled water and all worked as expected. It looked smaller than expected so I checked that it does take 1ltr of water. It is delicate so has to be handled with care…glass is a bit thin but it looks good, will be hand washed. I don’t intend to put mine on the stove even though it says on the box - borosilicate glass. Retained heat well and seems a relatively good price. Hopefully I can enjoy for a long time to come

Ok product but I didn't get what I expected.it has burn marks which can't cleaned easily due frequent use.I am not using it.

What a great teapot works very well mixed your own Tees together and your own concoctions turns out very well highly recommended

Love this little teapot, just right for making herbal infusions.

Teapot i am sure is fine.. but the lid is very flimsy... was expecting something more solid...This was a gift and the box was broken.. so very disappointing.
