Q: Are these boots 100% waterproof?.

They say they're waterproof. Definitely well sealed. My husband uses them for work & crosses fields etc, no leaks... His only complaint has been how hot his feet are! He's ex-services & swears these are the best boots he's had. Highly recommended.

Q: I have size 9.5 feet, do you recommend a size 9 (if they are a larger than normal size) or a size 10?

As it is normal to wear thick socks, I would go a size higher.

Q: Are these boots lightweight?

These were brought for our son (48) who has only ever worn boots from a teenager. He said that they were the most comfortable we had brought him. Yes, lightweight and warm too. He also does a lot of walking.
