Great for cocktail making. Value for money as lasts long time. Not an artificial lemon taste

I used this to replace a lemon puree style liquid, which needed to be refrigerated, and didn't have as good a shelf life as this. This says three months (but I know after 6 months and a taste/sniff test, it'll be fine). Lovely stuff, use it in a whiskey sour, various tequila cocktails, and it tastes amazing. Basically anything where it calls for fresh lemon, and it tastes perfect. Most recipes I follow call for about 10-15ml of lemon, and this works well at those amounts, so the 700ml bottle will last for 50-70 cocktails, so the value for money is amazing.

When I bought this I was hoping for a Sicilian lemon type flavour. Unfortunately this is definitely a bitter lemon flavour and the sugar doesn't really counteract this. It's delicious, but not a sweet lemon. More of the bitter kind.

Fab love this brand, down side is they are very expensive. But it does last a while. Packaged well.

Really good with water or to make Lollipops with. Bought it to go in a Long Island Ice Tea.

For my purposes: Perfect! It's a concentrated lemon juice NOT A SYRUP! Since a lot of people seem to mix that up! I used it daily for drinks, baking and cooking, you only need a tiny bit, as it's very concentrated. No overwhelming bitterness, no change in taste even if I had the bottle opened for a month, and in my opinion, tasted just like high quality lemon juice, or juice from fresh lemons.

Ich wollte mir das Cocktails mixen am Wochenende ein bißchen vereinfachen und mir das Abwaschen der Zitronenpresse in Zukunft sparen. Dies hier ist inzwischen die dritte Zitronensaft-Marke, die ich getestet habe. Und Monin ist mit meiner Meinung nach am besten! Angenehme Säure, kommt nicht verdünnt rüber und wunderbares Aroma. Der Duft ist nicht ganz authentisch (riecht nach Zitronenlimo oder -eis?) aber angenehm. Dazu kommt, dass er der günstigste ist (von meinen getesteten). Und als Sahnehäubchen hat er als einziger diesen Ausguss, der nicht tropft. Natürlich ist der frisch gepresste Zitronensaft immer noch am besten. Aber für die 20ml im Whisky Sour oder den Cuba Libre ist es ideal. Mal schauen wie lange er sich im Kühlschrank hält. Die letzten hatte ich ein paar Monate drin und konnte nicht wirklich eine Verschlechterung bemerken.
