How many do you need to complete stop smoking ?

I used 4 boxes I had smoked 2 pks a day or more for over 40 years

Hi Grandma Pansy, I wasn't sure so I called the manufacturer 800-834-5895. Turns out THEY DO NOT USE latex in their product. Good for you for trying to stop smoking. One patch equals 1 pack of cigarettes. I will tell you this..........Put it on first thing in the morning and take it off right before you go to bed. If you don't, you might get vivid nightmares........................Since I've been using this Step 1 Nicoderm Patch, I only smoke 3 cigs a day and now all the coughing went away and I can really smell my food now. ..............The cost comes out to be $2.78 a day. can you cut these in half to save money or is that just silly?

You can but you shouldn't you silly goose.

I am 32 years old male, I started smoking when I was 20. I smoked 1 pack in 2 days normally. I was able to stop smoking using this pach. It really helps. In fact step 1 is very strong that u will not feel like smoking at all. If u are a heavy smoker I suggest start with step 1. If u smoke 5/7 cigarettes a day than u can start with step 2. It's been 2 months I am using it.
