This works just as good as expensive red light panels. I tested the mw power density along with another face panel I ordered from the company Allisable to try and save myself time using both at once.The face panel gave off less than a third miliwatts of what the company claimed.This panel mw power distance is accurate!!I tested using a solar power meter that measures watts. To convert watts to miliwatts just move the decimal to the left.I measured at 6in, 9in, 12in, 18in, 24in, and 36im.The measurements in photos are for both red light and inferred light together.I also included a picture of what I recorded using only red light.I hope this helps others to know they are buying a product that does what it claims, for a 1/3 of the price.I returned the face panel and will use this on my face as well as body.Have not checked EMF but if you stand 6in away it should be safe. Really no need to stand any closer than 12in anyway.

The unit is very simple to control and very quiet while operating. It includes a base floor stand for mobility and easy storage when not in use. I use the panel twice daily for 20 minutes each session. Once when I get up the morning and prior to bed at night. The therapy has improved my skin (arms/face/neck) and pain relief for feet/legs/arms for playing tennis. I also sleep better and feel better overall. I try to cover whole body with focused therapy for legs and arms. I try to stay within 5-6 inches of the tempered glass cover for the panel.Purchased a 2nd EXESAS SP2160 RLT panel and a rolling stand. I mounted both panels vertically on portable rolling stand. This allows me to easily position the panels in the exact location needed for therapy sessions and then quickly roll the panels away for safe storage.

I’ve been into LLLT for a couple of years now. Historically I would go to either a local gym or cryo therapy to use their commercial machines. Of course convenience (as always) became a factor and I wanted one of my own for the sake of consistency.My 1st exposure was a Joov, full body treatment and I fell in love immediately. However, it was hard to justify the price.I started with a (60) LED unit but quickly discovered that too had its limitations from a coverage standpoint. I simply continued to check and see if there was anything more affordable with the same or equal efficacy as a Joov and BOOM!!!There was no question in mind that I had to get one of these as soon as I saw the price, no EMF exposure and the number of LEDS.I absolutely love this unit and will be getting a 2nd to daisy-chain here very soon!!!

This feels so good on the skin. The lights are Super powerful and really bright. Has some heat that comes from the machine and feels wonderful on the skin. The build quality is wonderful. 30 day review update: I haven’t had any acne since using this machine, also I’ve noticed my lines around my face look like they not nearly as noticeable. Honestly if you’re looking for something to benefit your skin, you can NOT go wrong.No creams will do what this red light can do.

I was am very happy that I decided to order my 1620 panel from EXESAS. The quality of this panel was surprisingly high when I inspected it upon unboxing. No cheap plastic, this thing is solid, sturdy and appears durable enough to last for years (fingers crossed).I felt immediate lower back pain relief after my first session using this device. I have a smaller unit that I began using about a week ago and can already see improvement in my facial skin tone and tightness.What was equally impressive was being able to contact someone there and getting my questions answered swiftly. In this day and age where customer service is almost extinct, I appreciated that immensely.
