I am absolutly amazed by this little cute light -weight sticker printer! Not only did it connect to my phone very easily via the phomemo app but the set up also was easier than antipated. You can create your own designs or even convert your photos into a graphic to print little stickers. The app seems to automatically know in which format to print which is extraordinary! So if you wanted to print a long label - it will adjust the print to that length! As this comes with three inclusive rolls of themal paper you can also print in two colours or buy others. If you want to use a lot of AI generated images you can buy a cheap yearly subscription but otherwise it's free. The printer is so small and light to carry that you can easily take it with you on any travels. It's useful for business labels, school lessons or just for your own fun. Suitable for any age!! I love it!! And last but not least : the customer service of Phomemo is outstanding. I get an instant helpful response within a few hours. Amazing!! 😄 👏

+ No ink needed makes it so much simpler to use + works well with my phone, quick and easy to use with no setup needed + Great for journalling and labels I use it to print photos, notes, text, and graphics + I use sticker paper output so its easy to stick into my journal but you can get different colours/see through paper too + decent quality and value for money - can't take larger paper sizes (but small thermal printers that do are £60+ - some of the phomemo app settings are paid sub only (but plenty enough that aren't for my use)

Hello, I purchased the Memoking T02 Mini Sticker Printer on February 7th this year. and I would like to say that I really love the product, it is very good and was working perfectly. However, I now have an issue. A small roller/wheel piece on the right side inside the printer has been lost, and since then the printer is not working properly. It constantly shows a red light and does not print. I would like to know how I can fix this issue. Is it possible to repair it or purchase the missing part? Thank you very much for your help. Diana

The Memoking Print Pods Mini Printer (T02 Thermanote) is a brilliant compact gadget that has quickly become one of my favourites. It’s lightweight, easy to use, and prints instantly with no fuss. The fact that it’s inkless is a huge bonus — no cartridges, no mess, and the prints come out clean and clear every time. The quality is impressive for such a small thermal printer. It’s perfect for creating study notes, anatomical diagrams, labels, gift tags, colouring designs, and fun little stickers. The different paper rolls give you lots of creative options, and the stickers stick well without peeling at the edges. The printer itself is sturdy, portable, and has a long-lasting battery, making it ideal for keeping on a desk or carrying around for projects. It’s also great for kids — simple to operate, safe, and encourages creativity. Overall, this is a fun, practical, and versatile mini printer. I have had this nearly a year and then recently started using it again, however it didn't seem to work. Despite it being cheap and replaceable I decided to contact the customer service team there was a bit of back and forth and miscommunication but they kept following up even when I forgot to reply and somehow, they fixed it super easily once we identified that I needed an update. Honestly I assumed I would be fobbed off but they were so helpful. The print quality isn't great, but it's so cheap, the quality is as good as you'd expect. It works and customer service is good.

Please note that the app that is required for this product is a 17+. I don't see any reason this is the case having downloaded it myself on my phone but as I bought this printer as a fun toy for a 13 year old - (and clearly it is marketed for a young teen or even younger) it then means they either cannot have the app on their phone or you have to remove all the safeguarding Apple parental controls which is not something I would be prepared to do so actually it is pretty useless for the age bought for. So I give it one star as it doesn't make clear the printer cannot be used by anyone under 17 - unless they have access to an adults device. To add to that - I ahve download the app on my adult phone and it is almost impossible to use without being asked for a subscription. Functionality is extremely limited - you can't really do anything and all it does it endlessly show what is not available without a high monthly subscription. All is all a huge disappointment and please don't buy this.

Design: I love the packaging of this printer it's adorable and would be great for gifts. The design of the printer itself is lightweight and portable making it great to use for day to day life, university work or work in a shop. The serated edge to tear the sticker works great with each use an I have not had an issue with it at all! The labels are great quality too, super sticky and easy to peel off the backing. The phomemo app: The app is great and easy to use. I love the AI feature. I used it to print some Christmas stickers for gifts and the AI feature created a really cute boarder. I had no issues with connectivity and was able to pair my phone to the printer within seconds! Overall review: I would 100% recommend this product. As a university student who i constantly writing notes and drawing diagrams, this makes it so much quicker and easier as I am able to just print diagrams. I love that there are several colours of paper that you can choose to print on too as it really helps them to stand out😊

I really like the printer...the print quality is as you would expect for a black and white printer! Clear black and white images or diagrams translate better than fuzzy coloured ones! What I didn't like was after my initial 'test' I then had to sign up for an annual or monthly subscription (to use the enhanced things like AI and conversion to cartoons)...AND I then had to pay a further charge to print more than a couple of cartoon images...I was making little cartoon characters of my family to use as Christmas labels. So to make my Christmas labels, I've ended up spending more than the printer cost in add on subscriptions. In summary, I love the printer and I feel very annoyed at the additional costs to actually use the software to make prints.

Ravie de ma mini imprimante, elle imprime bien, facile d'utilisation, comme c'est en noir et blanc vous pouvez colorier dessus si vous voulez de la couleur! (J'ai tester ça ne bouge pas). Les étiquettes sont autocollantes et c'est un rouleau en continue donc vous imprimez comme vous voulez niveau longueur. L'application est utile et fonctionne bien!

Honestly, this little printer is solid. It prints really fast and the lines come out super crisp and clean. I like that it’s completely mess-free no ink, no smudging, just load it and go.The Bluetooth connection is quick and the app is easy to use, so you’re printing in seconds. It’s small, portable, and just gets the job done without any hassle.Definitely worth it for the price. I would definitely recommend to anyone who needs a small label maker

After managing to set up the printer, my hopes were quickly dashed when I attempted to print my first document. No matter what I tried, the printer consistently failed to respond to print commands. I checked all the connections, ensured the papers were properly installed. Yet, the printer stubbornly refused to cooperate. To make matters worse, the printer's really poor quality, it’s flimsy and prone to jamming, and the overall quality feels cheap and fragile.

Toen ik hem net had ging het prima. Nou moet je ineens betalen om te printen. Echt waardeloos!
