Broken handle issue
I purchased this item for my Grandaughter in June 2025 and she loved it. Unfortunately the handle has come away from the bag which I find very disappointing after such a short time of using it. Not sure if it was faulty or defective in some way but I have reordered it today as she loves the design so much. I enclose pictures for consideration of a full refund for my purchase in June 2025 and hope the one I’ve just ordered is more resilient.I look forward to hearing from you.

Not big enough for a laptop
Nice bag but can’t fit standard laptop into it and close the zip - so I can’t use it for work unfortunately

Surprised by the quality
I wasn't expecting much because of the price but I liked the color. I cannot believe the quality at this price. This is the first bag I have owned from this brand. It is an excellent value.
