CobraMalpaste 087 for Ölfarben, Wasservermalbar, Transparenzerhöhend, 200 ml

I used this to thicken WB oils for an impasto effect. After months it hadn't even started to dry.....i was able to scrape it all off wipe with WB paint thinner to get rid of any remaining un-dried medium, then re-paint without the impasto texture. The cobra fast drying medium works well, and touch dries fine within a week or two, so not sure if this painting paste was just a bad batch. After a couple of months it hadnt even started to form a skin.

It looks like petroleum jelly but it is so creamy to paint with... Cobra's info says that it is there water mixable oil paint without pigment. I really like this stuff... it is fun to paint with pallette knife or brush.

This stuff is fantastic! It helps stretch my expensive cobra water miniscable oil paints with barely affecting the pigment density. It allows me great variation of texture while painting. I love the generous size of the tube and wish all the paints came in such tubes! I love this stuff, i will defibrillator buy it again and again!
