Can both DVDs be done totally seated?

Great question. As with most of our DVDs, there are 2 people standing and 1 person sitting doing the modified version of all of the exercises so you can choose which to follow.

Does this DVD have closed caption.?

No this DVD does not have close captions

Is this done to music?or just talking ?

Just talking no music. I really love his workouts

I have an apple lap top. I have downloaded the dvd to my laptop but I can't open them. Why?

You are able to watch a DVD if you have a DVD drive on your computer. Not all drives play DVDs. DVDs are protected therefore cannot be downloaded and saved. If you would like a copy of the video that you can stream please email or message Vitality 4 Life with Curtis Adamscustomer service.
