Morning Star - Sage 200 Sticks and Holder by NIPPON KODO, Japanese Quality Incense, Since 1575

I have a few types of incense from this brand, and it's the only thing I've found so far that I can burn without getting migraines. My smell sensitivity is off the charts and yet doesn't get triggered at all by these sticks, even when I burn them all the way. The sage, frankincense, and myrrh all smell delightful!

This is excellent incense. The scent is not over powering, but does linger afterwards. I love it

Not too soft or strong. Or sweet. I dislike the perfume that so many incense makers use. This company stays true to the scent of sage I was looking for. Maybe not as strong smelling as some would like, but perfect for me.

I love Morningstar incense and have been buying it for years, but today the package arrived looking like this with broken incense! The reaponsibility lies with Amazon's poor choice in packaging, and not Morningstar. Next time, I'll try to buy it locally at an Asian Market.

The sage fragrance is one of my favorites. 200 sticks, each burning about 20 minutes equals nearly 67 hours (or more than 2.75 days) of continuous sage-smelling enjoyment! It does come with a small incense stand for use on something fire- and heat-resistant, but I would recommend a proper Japanese-style incense holder/burner; high-quality sticks like these are all incense with no wooden stick inside to hold it up.

Fantastic incense. Burns nice and clean with no background smell to them. They do make a bit of a mess so I recommend a bigger dish to catch the ash.

If you are tired of the billowing, gagging plumes of wood smoke from Incense wrapped on a stick of low grade wood, then get NIPPON KODO Japanese Incense which has NO stick, and all quality incense. Burns beautifully, you can easily break one in half for a shorter use, and lights easily. I personally like SAGE by Morning Star.

I absolutely love the Japanese sage incense. It comes with this cute little ceramic tile to hold your incense. I like to burn the wax of a candle and stick the incense in it - that way I get a full burn and I don't lose a little bit of it that normally l be left inside of the ceramic tile. I mainly use this in the morning during my meditation and affirmation time. These are wonderful.

Encens a l’odeur de sauge blanche très agréable. C’est une marque réputé pour ses encens de qualité et celui-ci ne déroge pas à la règle. La grande boîte est proposée à un prix très intéressant et il a toujours un petit socle fourni pour y déposer l’encens.
