Great cold and instant hot water, easy to replace 5gallon jug just slide in at floor. Had it for 3 years now and it’s working perfectly

Had it 4-5 months, worked awesome. Then it stopped cold turkey, no power to the pump. All trouble shooting references bad connections and cleaning tank - but those are with the pump working. There is no reset I can see, no relay between pump and panel. Such a disappointment. Go to a big box store, buy the warranty and go in person when these stop working.

DO NOT BUY FROM AVALON. We purchased their water cooler and it lasted only 15 months and stopped working. There is almost zero customer service. You have to email them and then their instructions don’t apply to your model and don’t work.

It randomly drops a little bit of water every now and then, but it's very little and not a big deal. I would compare it to when our top mount dispenser would randomly start bubbling for a second. Love the hot/cool/cold options and not having to lift and tip.

Well it’s junk. The cold side is not dispensing water. Couldn’t get 3 yeas out of it. Now I’ll have to go shopping locally to buy another machine.

We've had this water dispenser since April 2023. February 2025 it stopped working entirely. We'd been having some trouble with the pumps but they always eventually start working again. That's not happening this time around. This product was too expensive to stop working after 2 years.
