Incredible hidden gem
This book is perfect for strength programming, whether your a coach or PT or just strength enthusiast.This book would benefit strongman competitors and weightlifters. not so much bodybuilders, maybe power lifters for their squat and bench.

Recommended.
Excellent resource. Finally a book that shares some practical insight on supercompensation patterns (and timing!) which are an incredibly elusive variable... I am still hesitant about all that >90%RM work though. The proof is in the pudding (and the author's pudding is reportedly pretty damn good), but a high overload on track athletes that are already pounding their body pretty hard could have long-term orthopedic implications. Personally I would like to know more on that front.
