I love this pan!! Easy to use, easy to clean, and incredibly sturdy. My cheesecakes slid right out. Perfect for individual servings. I love that I am going to be able to make a variety of flavors with one batch of cheesecake mix. Pictures are my first trial run.

I absolutely love this pan. I bought it to make individual key lime cheesecakes for a special dessert for Easter. It was expensive at about $50 but it is worth it. Super high quality - Heavy gauge metal. It was the only one I could find where the size of the desserts was about 3" instead of the tiny tart size. The removable bottoms are a game changer. It allows you to easily remove the desserts from the pan without messing up the sides of the dessert and you don't need the muffin paper holders. The removable bottoms are heavy gauge metal also. Both my sisters want one of these after seeing them. I know I will use this pan for many years.

Love the pan, it has great weight to it and it’s non stick. It is a truly beautiful piece of equipment. However it is quite pricey and used for only one thing, mini cakes. It was a silly purchase for a single use pan unless you plan to make lots of mini cakes. It does the job, a dream to clean, all pluses.

This pan is worth the money! Mini cheesecakes bake and remove beautifully! Don't mess around with cheaper versions. The investment will pay off. Easy to clean and can put in dishwasher.

Love this twelve cavity 3" small cheesecake pan, it's very heavy duty pan on par with a name brand 3" cheesecake pan that only makes six at a time. I call this small versus mini cheesecake pan since the 2" sized version I consider mini cheesecakes. The height is 2" and base of each cavity is just under 3" so about perfect for round pineapple discs for pineapple upside down muffins. Most muffin and small cheesecake pans don't give the base dimension and only upper, so returned many a extra large or Texas muffin pan due to the base sloped inward and an inch to inch and half smaller than the muffin top dimension. I lightly brush butter or pam spray each cavity, but have missed a few spots and haven't had issues with the nonstick or the food easily washed off the sides. I hand wash the pan and dry so no chance of rust, made the mistake of leaving the name brand six cavity pan to air dry and started seeing small areas of rust. The pan cavities and inner circular discs I wash with a handled round dish brush since they can be sharp, one at a time. It can take extra time to wash pan and discs, I don't like small cheesecakes in liners. This is a large pan, well made and heavy duty, perfect for small cheesecakes or my favorite, small pineapple upside down muffins. I purchased two pans so far and would purchase more if needed.

Absolutely phenomenal pan. My expectations were high because of the price and it exceeded all of them. Its heavy bottom, has a beautiful release, and cleans very easily. Could not have asked for a better product for my mini cheesecake. My only complaint is that I can only justify buying one of them!

Wonderful pan. Very good quality not flimsy at all. The metal is very heavy gauge. The butter did not run out the bottom at all and my mini Key Lime Pies where a huge hit.

Work great. Made perfect cheesecakes. Although I wouldn’t call them mini.

Loved these too and now the only muffin tins I use. Higher than the regular muffins and best of all non-stick and non-stick. 2" higher which is great .Loose base which is easier to clean. A little more expensive but worth the price!

The very best trays I’ve ever used. Removable bottom. Heavy weight bakes perfectly even. Cupcake Victoria sponges cheese cakes etc. will last forever. X

Stabile, beschichtete Qualität. Ich habe es noch nicht ausprobiert, aber ich wette, meine cakes und Muffins bzw Scones werden super lecker 😋 und lassen sich aufgrund der losen Böden super herauslösen.
