The media could not be loaded.  Any kind of assembly requires patience, which sometimes I lack; however since I’ve had this type of tree for 10 years, I was more patient with it than I probably would be if I didn’t have one before. The strings get all twisted together, which is where most of the patience is needed.Other than that, I LOVE these trees and get many compliments of it. I live on the 2nd floor and I put it on top of a 3 ft table to display.The newer models have S-hooks and a more sturdy base. My 6 foot tree costs just as much as I paid for a 4 foot tree 10 years ago. I like the improvements of the mechanical box thing is built internally, rather than exposed to the weather like the old model.Lots of different light “dances” and just uniquely pretty!

We bought this item to put on our newly constructed deck. It is simple to put together and really looks nice. The colors are vibrant and the rotating light display is cool. We needed to weigh it down with a couple of bricks, but it worked very well throughout the holiday season. A tad pricey, but worth it.

Bought this in Nov 2020 and worked beautifully. I put it away for the winter ver carefully and now it won’t work. Poor customer service. They said sorry it’s like 2-3 weeks past your 1 year warranty so we can’t provide you with a replacement or refund. Seriously $170 for maybe 3 weeks of use.

Bought this after ignoring most of the reviews saying it was cheaply made and hard to assemble. Agree with the cheaply made but most of these products are now a days. Was not really difficult to assemble but was time consuming. I would recommend assembling indoors and then carrying outdoors for display. Took allot of time to untangle the lights. Was unsure whether lights would function once untangled but did function as advertised. Looks like the product was changed or upgraded but not the instructions. Had to fly by the seat of my pants for part of the assembly but was not that difficult to do so. Lastly the star comes with a screw to help secure it to the pole but doesn’t have any instructions to do so. I’m hesitant to use this screw because it may harm the wiring within it. Will go without it for time being and see how it withstands the wind. Will be interesting to see how many seasons this will last.

I had looked at similar products at Lowes and Home Depot and their versions were cheaply made and overpriced. This product was packaged (flat box) and designed well. I was pleasantly surprised by the box it came in. It will be super easy to store once Christmas is over in it's orginal packaging. The assembly was easy and the base is flat and very stable. No rocking. The lights automatically turn off after being on for 8 hours (bonus!!!). And the light show/flashing is enjoyable to watch and different than the standard steady or flashing lights. 5 stars.

I purchased this Wintergreen Tree in October of 2020. It’s somewhat time consuming to assemble but doing it indoors and taking outside after assembly helps.I had no issues with the tree until this year. When I unpacked to assemble, two of the thin wires that light up the star were disconnected. I ended up splicing them together but doubtful it will hold up. The one wire disconnected near the round base that holds the star, making it difficult to splice together.I like this tree; still functional. But had I known of the difficulties with the star portion and the thin wiring issues, not sure I would’ve purchased.New star top maybe?

It took me a good 20 minutes to put this together. One good thing was that I did it all indoors and the finished product was not too large to go out the front door. It looks amazing. The pattern of the lights changes randomly, you have no control over it, but that's not a problem for me.I am taking a star away for the fact that there is no easy way to collapse this for storage. Come on, it's seasonal decoration! The makers of these things really need to think about having to store this for 11 out of 12 months. I am basically going to need to completely disassemble it, and try to make sure the strings don't get hopelessly tangled.

Easy assembling and looks great but lot of money just to used one year. I bought last year and this year stopped working.
