Feeling less sluggish!

I can't say if it helps because I have chronic fatigue syndrome, I had to increase my thyroxine intake with doctor anyway. But, I have been feeling better since I started these, however I also started vitamin D, and going to gym. Supplements do not have to go through 3rd party checks to assess the quality or quantity of any substance in each pill, which can vary wildly. I have found supplements in the past caused headaches or had no effect. With these I would say it's quite possible they are good and are worth a try. But if you have thyroid issues, you need to get it checked and get medication for it.

Up and down sides
My energy level seems to have increased slightly, however I seem to be suffering from more IBD than I normally do and it’s severe. It only started this badly after starting to take these supplements so I’m pretty sure they’re the cause. It’s a shame because I do feel a bit more lively than before.

How to battle weight loss when you have an under active thyroid
I am 75 and have been taking Levothyroxine for nearly 30 yrs. I have been plagued with weight loss problems ever since. I have done a little research and found that thyroxine T4 on it's own does not work. It needs help in transferring to T3 to make it work. I have finally found in Thyroid Support the help I need to enable this. Together with a healthy diet and a little exercise. I have been taking this for about 6 weeks and have found that slowly but surely I am beginning to lose some weight. Thank you Nutrition Freak for this amazing supplement.

My bottle came Open
It’s so irritating that it came opened. Partially because I’ll never know if it was tampered with, and It seems unprofessional makes me question quality of the product and also for me to return it is a major inconvenience because of my schedule. Grrrr! Can’t tell if the product works yet but will be back to review effectiveness once I sort out the issue of the defective package and hopefully manage to return it - tho I actually need the tablets
