Now let me start by saying that I hate suction cups, normally they don't work, or work for a day and then fall down, so I have left it a little while before leaving my review, so I could give a good overview of how the product really is after time.I'd had this phone holder recommended to me by a friend, and it wasn't too expensive, so thought I'd give it a punt as I'd landed a new job which would require me being in the car a lot.It doesn't come with instructions, but is fairly easy to put together. I attached the magnet to my phone, then attached the dreaded suction cup to my car windscreen, where it seemed to hold strongly.My phone attaches to it really easily, and it is so much easier to use than my last phone holder. After a few days, I noticed that when I attached my phone it dropped down. This annoyed me a bit, but when I looked properly there is a screwing mechanism at the back you can tighten to secure it in the direction you want it. It has been a few months now and hasn't changed position again.I've since bought a car stereo which connects to my phone wirelessly for phone calls/playing music etc. and this holder has proved invaluable; I use it every day.I was so impressed with it that I bought another one for my husband, and I recommend it to anyone who happens to be a passenger in my car! Very happy indeed

This is by far the easiest to use mount I've ever bought - very simple and quick to pop on your phone and start using it immediately - no fiddling with plastic arms to get the right tension, you feel it's gripping your phone confidently, so you have no worries it might slip off. The whole thing is well made and has a quality feel. Again, the sucker is easy to use, and securely grips the glass. I bought this phone mount at a discount, so I can't comment on the price, but in this case it's a quality product and you'd expect to pay a decent price to keep your expensive phone safe!

I found it tricky to stick to the windscreen, I had to soak the sucker in hot water to get it stick! T he ambient temperature was 13 degrees C !Other wise it works well

Bought it and Was delivered next day, does what it says and i got this as a back up, so haven't really tested it long term but seems good.

Requires a phone holder for it to work. Would have been nice to have instructions - I returned to the amazon page to look at the photos for how to assemble.

Arrived in good time and as described but for the life of me I can't get the thing to stick to my windscreen properly! Even when it does stick the suction is not enough to support the weight of a phone. Completely pointless!
