I needed newer computers for home duties, and decided to order this Latitude 5420 from RUKN-TECH. This laptop should handle a few, concurrent, logged-in users without struggle. The laptop arrived within 1 week. It was well protected in its package and is in like-new condition: no visible signs of wear to speak of. All ports work (although I haven't tested the ethernet port yet.) Good screen quality, touchscreen works great, good speaker quality, good keyboard, touchpad, camera... Everything works, and no rattle! It upgraded to Windows 11 Pro with ease. The lone issue was the charger/power adapter, which didn't work at all. To the seller's credit, the charger is a genuine Dell unit which looked brand new -- still in its scratch-protective plastic wrapper. (It was probably faulty from the factory, and just never tested.) We had another charger on hand, so I was able to try/test the laptop anyway. I contacted RUKN-TECH about it; they responded within hours (on a Saturday!) and refunded the charger. Great service! I'm smiling as I write this review from the laptop itself. I'm very happy with this purchase.

Super great product. Has the power and functionality to get you computing fast! Highly recommend this and it has worked great since I've owned it. Still going strong and has great durability and design. Definitely recommend buying this. Highly highly recommend buying this. Will work in Kuwait, Iraq, UAE, and Saudi. Good for Camps around the CENTCOM area! You should buy this immediately if not sooner!

I bought this bc it seemed like a great deal when a week before my fall semester my old laptop finally died for good. I got it today (classes start tonight) seems really nice turned it on and let it boot up then it starts beeping and blinking saying a critical error and the harddrive is not found. I call the sellers number on the card goes right to a generic voicemail everytime I call. I am very upset that I waited to get this and now I have to waste my time to return it because it doesnt work which is why I was leery of even buying this refurbished even in excellent condition but I only read the good reviews. Not good that you can't even reach the seller by phone or email. Will not buy from here again.

I've only had this laptop for about a week, but so far I'm pleased and would buy it again. It only has a few light scuffs and scratches on the exterior, but other than that it's dang near good as new. Super fast (to me) boot speed at around 30 seconds. It came with Windows 10 pro and I now have it running Windows 11. If anything changes worth noting, I'll come back and update this review. I can't say how customer service with "RUKN-TECH" rates, because I haven't had to contact them for any reason so far. Hope this helps! I looked at a LOT of these refurbished laptops and it is a daunting task to try to figure out where to purchase......

Not a smooth start. The screen magnification was so far zoomed in when the computer booted but that we had to navigate the start up blind with keyboard selection until we made the right one. Ever since setting it up, we have on again/off again issues with the keyboard either timing out or shutting down. Whoever set this up didn’t restore to factory settings. Unfortunately, we bought it to replace a computer we got logged out out; by the time the employee stated using the computer, it was outside of the return policy (only 30 days). Terrible purchase. Learned my lesson.

So far, so good. Works well. Screen very clear and works fast. Hoping it will continue this way. The physical appearance of the laptop clearly has signs of wear, but it appears clean and neat. Will update when needed. Again, so far, so good.
