I thought my old knock off microplane was saving me time on grating garlic and ginger until I tried this! This tool is so incredibly sharp and eats through even the hardest ingredients in seconds. Love the ergonomic handle as well. I have caught my fingers a couple of times already as I'm not used to how sharp it is! Hopefully it holds up well over time but I'm incredibly impressed so far

Zestern har ett stadigt om än något tjockt handtag. Själva bladet är också stadigt och zestar allt du kan tänka dig. Enkelt att göra rent och fint skydd att sätta på zestern när man är klar med den. Väl värd sitt pris och ångrar inte att jag köpte denna som var billigare än andra alternativ.
