may i know what the expiry date for the batch currently in stock is?

this really needs to be answered by the supplier not a customer as how do I know what they have in stock! The batch i received seems to have been manufactured in June 2018 and has a shelf life until May 2021 so unopened 3 years. Once opened, discard any unused product after 28 days ( it says so on the pack)

Anyone knows the dexpanthenol content of these please?

There is no mention of it under ‘composition’.

Does this help with watery eyes? My eyes are always streaming even if there’s a slight breeze.

Have you had your eyes checked? My Optometrist referred me to a consultant. I was diagnosed with DRY eyes. I know it sounds ridiculous but that is a fact. My optometrist also prescribed Clinitas Hydrate for use before going to bed and Visualise during the day. He also prescribed the use of an MGD eye pad for 10 minutes use each day. Actually I still have the symptoms you describe which, I am told, are symptoms of Dry Eye. I understand there is a surgical procedure for opening up the drain ducts but I have not explored that further. Good luck.

can this be used with contact lenses?

I do not wear contact lenses but according to the enclosed instruction leaflet it indicates that contact lens users can use it with the proviso that lenses should be removed before application of the gel and not replaced for a period of 30 minutes after application.
