How many weeks using this sta k and how many weeks off please

I wouldn't waste your money, I used this for 8 weeks, seen and felt no discernable changes other than that of normal regular exercise. I generally rest for 4 weeks every 5 months. I looked into this as I am approaching 40 and was concerned about testosterone depletion. I expected at leased accelerated fat loss and some strength gains but compared with my normal routine it gave me neither.
