I make my own essential oils and sometimes I use menthol oil and sometimes I use menthol crystals. These are absolutely the best menthol crystals that I have found. The smell opens my sinuses and I can breathe again. I have waterless diffusers in my house and I use this in those and they work perfectly. I've seen less buildup with these crystals than I have with essential oils that are already pre-made. I absolutely recommend these menthol crystals.

A must buy for anyone who ever gets the sniffles. I found putting these in a linen tea bag with some loose tea makes a nice smelling bag that sleeping next to it helps me breathe easier. however they are powerful, so might need to put another bag over it if it's gonna touch skin. But, lasts 100x longer than vaporub, you could probably crush them and mix with a little vaseline to make your own rub. I alos like that by keeping them in a pouch, the menthol is good for at least a month, I don't get sticky or smell like vaporub. So is a definite winner all around.

Whenever am feeling stuffy I boil some water and put just a tiny piece in the water and steam may face. It helps to clear the stuffiness in no time. And you get a lot of your money worth, it very strong as well.

I primarily use it by dropping a piece in water and breathing in vapor to help with opening air passages. Works great!

the menthol crystals was melted. I couldn't even open the container coz the melted menthol was stuck on the rim around. When i finally able to pry the jar open, the melted menthol formed into a stone kinda ball, i dont know how im gonna salvage this thing so could at least use the remaining of it. Waste of money

ليس له علاقه ب الحبيبات جاء متصلب ملتصق بالغطاء ويوجد رطوبه شديده اعتقد سوء تخزين مع السفر ولكن كحت منه ووضعت في ماء ذو مفعول جيد ولكن ال باكدج وضعه لا يمس للصوره
