Well what can l say about these new scissors of mine. To start with they seem very well made, their construction of good quality plastics and titanium coated steel is indeed impressive. The inner part of the handles has a soft touch lining that should aid comfortable use over a prolonged period, and the coated blade should be resistant to rust. You can tell a good pair of scissors as they make a distinctive sound when you open and close the blades, and these scissors do just that. They are in fact very sharp, and will be great for the general use a pair of 6" scissors should get, just don't try jointing a chicken with them! The other bonus is they have a tightening screw with which to adjust the blades should they loosen with use, not all scissors at this price have that feature. So all in all l'm sure you've already gleened that l am very pleased with my new scissors, and more than happy to recommend them to you, as possibly the best pair of scissors to be had anywhere, for under a fiver.

Comfortable grip and smooth action make them great for everyday tasks — a reliable pair of scissors that really delivers!

Items were great and a good price. Just a shame that everything was let down by a delivery driver that knocked lightly on the door and didn't use the communal door bell and then decided to just leave the package on the door step, where it isn't save to leave anything.

I was after a pair of small, inexpensive scissors that I could add to my craft bag, as invariably I or someone else needs to cut paper, tape, etc. These are ideal are they’re sharp, a useful size, comfortable to hold and much cheaper than other makes I looked at

Great scissors, good value for money. They look good and are easy to use. They’re sturdy and easy to grip.

More like scissors for seamstress and I bought for kitchen use but still work fine. Very sharp, cut through everything with ease, nice weight and obviously versatile. Grip is great. I would just say I think these should be advertised more towards use for seamstress or upholsterers than household. Just my personal preference though!
