Pro Health Supplements are garbage. They smell like rot.
Every supplement Iโve gotten smells like rotting fish or rotting plants. They fall apart in the bottle. Theyโre disgusting. They donโt work. Low quality ingredients. Garbage.

Like that itโs allergen free. I take several different types of Magnesium. Just started taking Prohealth longevity Brain-Mag pro. Magnesium L-Threonate. Itโs been easy on the gut, to swallow, and weโll see how it works for the brain.

this version of magnesium crosses blood brain barrier
This is a review for "Magnesium L-Threonate Supplement (Magtein), 90 Capsules | Clinically Supported for Brain Health | Optimize Learning, Memory & Focus | 3rd Party Tested" This bottle comes completely wrapped in a thick cellophane. Don't trash your fingernails trying to rip it open. Use a knife or other sharp object. There is no breaking into this bottle without you knowing it. A "serving" is three capsules. The bottle contain 90 pills. Making this a one month supply. The capsules are a little on the larger size, but not as large as a fish oil pill. I experienced no after taste. I have been experiencing a bit of brain fog lately and am hoping this supplement will help alleviate. I know it doesn't make the product function any better, but the bottle is very prestigious looking. Smooth slick and opaque bottle with a very nicely designed label. It is useless as compared to the supplement functionality, but I do appreciate it. I took one star off for the fact that one dose is three pills and for the overall price. If this ends up working, it is going to be an expensive pattern to keep up.
