It’ll get the job done
It’s not big. Barebones emergency sized. I got chest seals, quick clot, pressure bandage and some gloves in there and that’s about it. The tourniquet holder underneath also is sufficient. The Mille attachment points on the back are acceptable but not bulletproof. If you don’t have an IFAK this is a greater starter. Once I have a few more, I’m going to upgrade so something with firmer attachment points or sew some Velcro on. Good stuff.

A tad smaller than i realized it was going to be. Ideal for a belt or your carrier. Definitely limited capacity

This is a very nice IFAK case for your tactical belt or Field kit. It is compact and well constructed.

Falling apart but worked
So disclaimer here I do actually use this on duty with real equipment. It holds a Israeli bandage, compression gauze, pen light, gloves, TQ, and sheers. The Molle straps have deteriorated pretty fast and I suspect it will not last long. I hear they may have improved the straps so maybe I have a older model but this particular kit has not been I service long at all and fell apart. I would probably just buy something higher quantity next time instead of taking a chance and seeing if the product has improved. Design is nice

Great Micro IFAK
This is a perfect clone of the Blue Force Micro at a great price point.While a Micro, I was easily able to add-•Chest seal (2).•Quick clot gauze pack.•NPA & lube.•Gloves (2-pair).•Chest Decomp needle.•Sharpie (For TQ).I would highly recommend this IFAK, if wanting a small pouch, that fits easily on a duty-belt or plate carrier….I’ve bought two so far.I have a separate TQ pouch, so I didn’t use the included carrier. I did try a CAT Gen7 TQ, the fit is very tight, but doable.•Pro- everything posted above.•Con- made overseas.

small and use less space on belt . Strong no need to be careful with it stays in place. Down side dosen't come with medical supplies.
